By accessing or purchasing through the ZELQUE digital storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Each creation offered on our site is an artisanal object subject to natural material nuances and limited production runs.

2. Artisanal Variance & Product Authenticity

Due to the organic nature of natural timbers, hand-turned clays, and hand-applied botanical oils, subtle variations in wood grain, tonal depth, and texture are celebrated hallmarks of genuine craft rather than defects. Photographs strive for exacting chromatic accuracy, but color displays may vary slightly across hardware screens.

3. Orders, Pricing & Currency

All prices are stated in the local currency indicated at checkout. ZELQUE reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of demonstrable typographical pricing errors or inventory discrepancies. If payment has been processed, an immediate full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, names, typography, photography, and brand identity elements are exclusive intellectual property of ZELQUE. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under international commercial law standards and the jurisdiction of our registered corporate seat.
